Einsidler Management, Inc. is pleased to offer you a new easy and secure option for paying your monthly maintenance and other common charges online. We have chosen ClickPay, an industry leader in online payment processing, as the provider of this service.
In anticipation of your questions, we have provided this Q&A.
Q. I make my payments by mailing a paper check every month…
A. You can continue to do so. We are not removing the option to mail your checks to our lockbox or main office.
Q. I am enrolled in the monthly ACH program…
A. If you are happy with the monthly ACH program, nothing will change, no further action is required. ClickPay is an option, not a requirement. If you choose to use ClickPay, you will be able to receive confirmations and reminders about the recurring ACH by e-mail.
Q. I am already registered to pay online…
A. You must register for a new account with ClickPay if you wish to continue making your payments online. Our current payment website will be removed and your payment information will be deleted on July 1st , 2016. Since you have registered for the previous payment service, you will receive an e-mail with more information and a link to register a new account with ClickPay.
Q. I am enrolled in the monthly ACH program but I want to use ClickPay instead…
A. When you first register with ClickPay you will find that your information is pre-registered with the service. You can edit the recurring ACH yourself. You can also call ClickPay customer service at 1-800-533-7901 – option 1 or Einsidler Management, Inc. at 1-631-293-2997 and dial “0” for the operator and either will be able to modify your recurring ACH or walk you through logging into ClickPay for the first time.
Q. I already pay online using my bank’s online bill payment system…
A. You can continue this payment method, but you must update the mailing address associated with your payments. Our new lockbox address is:

Our current lockbox in Hicksville will forward all payments for three months, after which payments received there will be returned to the sender.
Q. Who can I contact with questions regarding my account or payments?
A. You can reach a customer service representative from ClickPay at 1-800-533-7901 – Option 1 who can help you set up an account, look up a balance, make sure a payment has cleared or even schedule a new payment over the phone. If you have any questions regarding the actual charges on your bill, continue to contact Einsidler Management, Inc. at 1-631-293-2997 and dial “0” for the operator.
