Before Your Closing
Leave ample time for all necessary preparation prior to the closing. Additionally, please adhere to any procedures or policies at your closing office.
After Your Closing
If our sales team did not handle your closing, please send us a copy of your deed/ stock & proprietary lease so that we can process you as a new homeowner or shareholder.
