Where do I log in to the community portal?

If your community is utilizing an online portal, please login here. Please note that you will need to register before logging in, and only those with an active portal can register. If you are unsure whether or not your community has a portal, please contact us.

How do I register for the portal/app?

For participating communities: You will need to obtain your unique one-time registration code from management. This is either mailed to you during the initial onboarding process, or sent to you via email if we have your email address on file. Instructions will be provided with your registration code.

Submit a census form to provide your email, or if you need us to resend the welcome email to you, please contact us.

Why should I register?
Below are a few examples of the many benefits to accessing your community portal:

1. Easily submit work orders, questions, or concerns to your property manager via app or browser.

2. Improved transparency on the status of your service request(s).

3. Secure access to community information and documents.

4. Reduction of paper waste through digital communication.

5. Modern software that will enhance your overall experience and increase investment value.

Where can I download the app?

Apple and Android users can download the app for their smart phone.

Additional Tips:
Please note that you will need to know your apple or Google play password in order to download the app. Additionally, we recommend that you download the app somewhere that you have a strong wifi signal to ensure ease of use.

How do I submit a work order/service request?

Log into the app or portal, then select “Service Requests/Work Orders.” From there you can select the appropriate topic and fill out all corresponding information. Then, submit the request.

How do I manage push notifications (app notifications) on my smart devices?

We do recommend enabling notifications for the app so that you do not miss important messages from our team.

Here is some general information regarding app notifications. You will have to go into your device settings to manage this:

Where should I submit questions to the billing department?

For general questions and information, please see our payment-related frequently asked questions.

Otherwise, please contact us online, or contact our billing department by calling the main office at 631.293.2997. If you know your representatives contact information, you may also call them directly.

How do I download file library documents?

1. Login to the app or portal.
2. Go to “Library” (browser) or “File Library” (in the app).
3. Select the desired folder or File.
4. In the browser: On the selected file, select “options.” In the App: select the desired file and click the icon on the top right.

My community uses a portal, but none of these questions apply to my portal, what should I do?

Please contact our team so that we can assist you as your community may be utilizing a different provider.

My community does not currently have a portal/app. How do I get an online portal/app in my community?

Our managed communities: Contact your property manager and board of directors to express interest in having a community portal.
